This is a stylized low-poly nature scene created for Blender 2.8. Everything you need comes packed into this beefy 2GB .blend file. All textures, materials, lighting, is included. The scene is set up for one camera to fly through. All the animations are timed out to play to the camera as it passes by.
This project took 5 days to complete and went through a number of changes before arriving at the final animation. The entire process was streamed online and later combined to make one 40 minute timelapse.
Once the landscape was largely built and most of the elements and animations were in place, it was time to tweak the final look. All of the render settings, materials, and lighting had to work well with Cycles to produce the cleanest possible final image. It took quite bit of tweaking and optimizing to reduce the noise in such a low-light scene, especially in the first few seconds of the shot.
